Charles Wiethoff House, 1917
Purcell and Elmslie
4609 Humboldt Avenue South, Minneapolis

This late wood and stucco design by Purcell and Elmslie features a pitched roof--a favorite element of Purcell’s more typical of Craftsman homes--with the gable end facing the street (and echoed in the entry).
