The Weber Collection has quickly become one of the most important private collections of Japanese art in the United States. This full-color catalogue features 78 works spanning aesthetic trends in Japanese art from the 12th to 20th century, including hanging scrolls, folding screens, ceramics, lacquers, and textiles. The 256-page soft-cover catalogue, edited by Melanie Trede with Julia Meech, is published in conjunction with the exhibition at the Museum of East Asian Art, National Museum in Berlin.
